I’ve lost all interest in 24 after that episode. I don’t know why the writers have to kill/turn into a vegetable/get rid of any girl Jack likes. It’s the relationships among people that are key to the success of movies or tv shows. If they end them all immediately, what’s the point? As Jack would say, damn it!

Ive watched every espisode since Season 1. When they killed Jacks wife, that was more of a “exciting” shock because you could see where this series was going, but now 8 or 9 seasons later, seeing everything Jack went through, this was just straight WRONG to kill Renee. You could tell Jack was getting his “human feelings” back this season and I was soooo looking forward to him ending it out with Renee. HORRIBLE. I really wanted to slap a writer after watching this episode. Well, once I picked my jaw off the floor and got out of my 5 minute shock once the episode was over.
Plus she was SOOOO HOT to look at during the show also. Bad move writers for all of us REALLY loyal 24 fans.

I don’t think she’s alive. There’s no reason that the US govt. would fake her death, and there’s no reason why the Russian mob would risk keeping her alive. Unless there’s a mysterious third party from Renee’s past, I doubt they’ve pulled a Tony with her. (Oh, I wish, though…)

how could they kill Renee, its been about 8 days since its happened and i still get choked up when i think about them together, i loved Renee, its not just a programme to me anymore, you get to know and love the characters like real people, Jack and Renee belong together, im so hoping they pull another Tony stunt and bring her back x
