Unfortunately all good things must come to an end sometime, and that includes 24 which was officially canceled yesterday. In an absolute best case scenario (meaning no Renee absences or *shudder* death), that means there’s just eleven hours of Renee Walker left on our TV screens. And that’s simply not enough!
Annie Wersching reinvigorated 24 for me after the weak sixth season. Season 7 was a major comeback year and a return to form, and much of that was due to Renee Walker. Jack and Renee’s storyline has continued to be the most interesting part of Season 8 (and I’m not the only one who thinks so). It’s sad to see 24 come to an end. Let’s hope that Renee has a lot of awesome scenes in these final episodes!
