Jack Bauer pulls into CTU New York and saves Renee Walker from being set up during her interrogation with Department of Justice attorney Kristen Smith.

Jack Bauer: What’s wrong?
Chloe O’Brian: I’ve been trying to reach you. It’s about Renee. She’s being questioned again.
Jack Bauer: I thought you said you already completed the debrief.
Chloe O’Brian: I did. Hastings ordered it. He called in some woman from the Justice Department.
Jack Bauer: Where’s Renee now?
Chloe O’Brian: She’s in medical.
Jack Bauer: Can you get eyes in that room?
Chloe O’Brian: No. He cut of all access. What is going on?
Jack Bauer: They’re setting her up to take the fall for the failure of this mission.
CTU Guard: Sorry, sir. No one’s — (gets Karate chopped to the throat and elbowed)
Jack Bauer: They’re setting you up. Don’t say another word.
Renee Walker: It’s too late.
Kristen Smith: What do you think you’re doing? Get out of here now!
Jack Bauer: (chokes Kristen against the wall) How dare you? After everything she sacrificed. After everything she’s lost. Have you no decency?
Renee Walker: Jack.
Jack Bauer: This is over. (Grabs Renee and leaves)
CTU Guard: (Points gun at Jack Bauer) Hands in the air! Do it, now!
Jack Bauer: Son, you better put that down or you’re gonna get hurt. It’s all right. Go. (Renee Walker leaves first, and Jack Bauer gets tased while turned around)
CTU Guard: Ma’am, hands in the air.
