Renee Walker cements her place in 24 history by becoming one of the very few characters to receive a silent clock. Amazingly enough, this was only her second week on the show AND she survived. A true badass.
David Emerson: Jack. The ditch. Kill her.
Jack Bauer: Yeah. (Jack exits door and goes to the back of the van to get Renee Walker) Step down. Step down. (Jack grabs Renee by the arm and forces her out of the vehicle as she struggles) You could either walk, or I can drag you.
Renee Walker: You’re really gonna kill me. I’m not gonna beg for my life, Jack. So everything that you told me was a lie.
Jack Bauer: I’m doing what I have to. I don’t expect you to understand.
Renee Walker: I understand that you are a traitor and a murderer.
Jack Bauer: You turn around.
Renee Walker: No. You’re gonna have to look at me when you pull that trigger.
Jack Bauer: I said turn around. (whispering into Renee’s ear) If you trust me, I will get you through this alive. Get on your knees.
Bauer cocks his gun and grazes her neck with a bullet. Renee falls to the floor. Bauer pushes her body into the ditch and throws a plastic sheet over her body.
David Emerson: For a second there, I didn’t think you were gonna do it. Now bury her. We’re on a timetable. Can’t have anyone finding the body before we’re out of the country. Give him a hand, Tony.
Bauer and Almeida glance at each other, pick up shovels, and begin burying Renee Walker alive.
